Use 2025 Thinking Now

Make the Transition to 2025 Thinking Now

We’re likely at the dawn of a new era in small business. You should be excited about 2025 given there is a chance for great changes.

And on Nov 8th, you yourself will have an opportunity to tell everyone what you believe and want for your business in 2025 and next 5 years.

Small business was literally crushed in the last 4 years, creating a pessimistic view of the road ahead. But when the markets turn positive next year, everyone’s thoughts will burst with positivity. And really, why not?  Conditions will be better thus your positive thinking will be realistic. There is opportunity. We should prepare now.

Adopt big picture thinking, anticipate the new economy and hire the talent who are going to take you to success and even market leader status. Be audacious because a strong, growing economy focused on the USA makes success likely. However, it’s competitive which is why you must get in high performance mode now.

Cheaper Money and the Return of Consumers

Cheaper money would get the real estate, finance and travel sectors flowing again freely.

As Tom Lee mentioned in a recent stock market report, CEOs and business owners expect Donald Trump to win the Nov 8th election. However, what corporate managers expect and want might actually antagonize a lot of voters. The election is very uncertain, so we can’t call the winner at this point.

Reasons to Be Optimistic

If Trump was to be victorious, business would be given a massive boost which would stimulate the economy. With lower rates, businesses will get more cash and lower business costs.  It’s an ideal scenario for SMBs.  A win for Harris increases taxes and regulations which could injure US small business and reduce investment.  Despite all the trade and geopolitical strife, a new commitment to America and its small businesses should give you confidence going forward.

One thing for certain, we are xChina. And that spells massive opportunity for everyone in the USA. New supply chains,  resumed manufacturing, increasing wages, US consumer confidence, and US dominated AI technology makes 2025 look golden.  Something worth preparing for now.

Small Business Outlook Improves

The NFIB small business sentiment charts show owners are planning capital investments, hire new employees, increase inventories, and they expect the economy to improve.

With rates expected to drop by perhaps 75 basis points this year, the key reason for business pessimism is dissipating.

The Outlook Means a Change of Attitude is Warranted

Are you willing to change your view, grow your confidence, exercise audacity and create your focused market strategy?

Change means innovation, market agility, increased confidence, and making your business more attractive to investors. Your new investors are more affected by your outlook, since they can easily intervene and force you to take bold, powerful actions to get the results they want. And they want good ROI, which won’t happen if you’re not willing to be audacious.

And reaching market leader status is only for the bold and audacious. It’s what marks outstanding entrepreneurs from mediocrity.

And when anyone hears the word entrepreneur, images of boldness, confidence, optimism, and audacity come to mind.
